BCA Teacher of the Week

Cathy Lynn Portlock

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
 Jeremiah 29:11

One of Miss P's favorite verses in Scripture exemplifies her approach to life and her trust in the Lord. She is in her twelfth year as the second grade teacher here at the BCA and, "loves being a part of seeing kids discover God and who they are in Christ."

She was born in New Bedford, MA, on October 31, so don’t forget to wish her a Happy Birthday when you see her this week! She has two younger brothers, Tim and Tom. She also has three cats, Nicholas, Elizabeth, and Charlotte.
