LOWER SCHOOL CHAPEL (Grades K-5) The elementary grades will have their own chapel twice each month (the second and fourth Thursdays) or will be invited to join the upper grades for special chapel programs suitable to their age-level. In addition to providing a time for corporate praise and worship, the chapel programs will teach biblical truths and challenge students to apply those truths in the school community and in their lives beyond the school as well. Missions and outreach opportunities will be presented occasionally. Mrs. Cross is the coordinator of lower school chapel. Speakers include teachers, the head of school, principals, students, parents and other special guests. CHAPEL (Grades 6-12) A regular part of the Academy's life is our weekly chapel service. Guest speakers, faculty, musical groups, Christian films, visiting missionaries, as well as our own students will be featured. BCA’s own worship team leads worship during the weekly chapel. Chapel for grades 6-12 will be held on Fridays from 8:30-9:15. Chapel will be held twice monthly for students in K-5 on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, from 9:20-10:00 a.m. Please email us if you would like the opportunity to speak in chapel. |
