Since the addition of our high school, BCA has become home to students from China, Vietnam and South Korea. Barrington Christian Academy is approved to issue I-20's to students who are accepted for enrollment. For international students coming to BCA, we connect students with families interested in providing home-stay experiences for international students. Most of the international students who come to BCA do so with the intent to graduate from BCA. College advising is included in the program for international students as is English language learner classes. International students have mentors as well as host-families to help them acclimate to the American educational experience.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT TUITION & FEE: International Students who are living with family members here in the US may follow the same fee structure as local students, with the exception that full payment must be made in advance of the school year. International students are required to have medical insurance to attend BCA. Application fee: $100 Applications require regular application and recommendations, plus submission of SLEP test scores and telephone interview. Full year, all-inclusive for 2012-2013: Middle School, $24,000; High School $26,000 The all-inclusive fee includes full academic program, medical insurance, daily lunch program, uniform allowance, all field trips, class activities, yearbook and sports activity fees. All-inclusive international student tuition 2012-2013: Middle School: $15,000 High School: $17,000 Home-stay: $9,000 (ten months) |
