BCA envisions learners and teachers using technology to turn the ordinary to extraordinary and using technology to do things differently, not faster.

Learners will have access to curriculum anytime and any place, allowing  them to make decisions about their learning.  BCA does not seek to keep current with technology trends.  Rather, BCA seeks to make technology decisions based on mid and far-term developments in technology that will help initiate a K-12 literacy initiative and maintain a leadership stance in the use of educational technology.
